Get ready to sweat a lot!

Searching for alternatives to conquer an audience that grows every day, the company Imagineer developed the Fitness Boxing 2: Rhythm and Exercise software for the Nintendo Switch.

This software is focused on conditioning and physical training, unlike a game, where you have to count on your cleverness and a little luck.

Fitness Boxing 2: Rhythm and Exercise starts with a kind of tutorial to explain how the dynamics of the software work, as well as the right movements and positioning of the body and the Joy-Cons.

I confess that I had a little difficulty in the beginning to hit the blows and movements and also get into the rhythm, but this soon improves as you get used to it.

A really cool thing about this game is that it asks for information like your weight, age and height, to count a percentage of caloric loss, so that you can monitor your performance each day.

In it, it is also possible to select which level of exercise intensity you want to practice, ranging from Light, Regular and Heavy, allowing you to customize each phase of the training.

Terms like jab, hook, direct, dodge, among others will be presented to you, following your progression in training.

If you do not know how to move correctly, you can request an explanation (the software has this option).

Each exercise session offers music options to dictate the rhythm of your workout, fitting the strokes at the right time, in addition to requiring more intense strokes so that the console can compute your movements.

In fact, the next day my arms were sore from having practiced these training sessions.

In the game, you can choose your coach (there are 9 options), each of which has its own personality and style to encourage you to train.

And speaking of them, you can customize them, choosing clothes, accessories, in addition to the hair, eye color and skin.

The songs are an attraction in themselves, with artists like Katy Perry, Martin Garrix, Ariana Grande, Ed Sheeran, and much more, with faster versions for a workout made to sweat.

Fitness Boxing 2: Rhythm and Exercise is available for several languages, but not yet for Brazilian Portuguese.

Which is not a big problem, as its interface is easy to understand and your trainer shows you every move.

As a personal experience, I can say that Fitness Boxing 2: Rhythm and Exercise is a great option to get out of a sedentary lifestyle, especially in times like these when we still face a worldwide pandemic.

Sweat, fatigue and fun are guaranteed ingredients with this software for the Nintendo Switch!
